How to Print Screen?

Some of you are having display issues while reading the MalayalamFun group mails.
For identifying the exact problem, we have to see your screen.
Here we are explaining the method of printing your screen.

Step1: Locate the Prt Sc (or Prt Scr) button in your keyboard.

Step 2: open the page/screen, which you want to show us.
Step 3: Press the Prt Sc (or Prt Scr) button in your keyboard.
Step 4: Open the Microsoft Paint
(You will see this in Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint

Step 5: Paste your Screen in paint. Edit > Paste

You should be able to see your screen inside Paint (Example given below)

Step 6: Save your file as jpg. File > Save as..

Step 7: Browse the folder you want to save the file.
Enter a name for your file.
Select type as Jpg.

Click save button.

Now your file is saved in the folder you have selected.

Attach it in your mail and send to malayalamfun@gmail.com
Use subject as "I have a Display problem."
